Dr. Tsai has been practicing Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgery in Joliet, Illinois since 1974. Dr. Tsai is fully trained and well experienced in this field. Upon completion of medical degree (M.D.), he took a year of rotating internship, followed by four years of residency in General Surgery and then two years of residency in Plastic Surgery for a total of seven years of post-graduate training. Dr. Tsai has been in practice in Joliet for over thirty-five years. He and his wife, Victoria reside in Joliet.
